Glamour Awards 2009

The 6th annual Glamour Awards were held at the prestigious Berkeley Square Gardens

Kylie Minogue

The nation’s favourite Kylie Minogue won Woman of the Year and was in amazing spirits and looking equally cute.

Estelle leaving hotel

Estelle who is now known for her statement dress sense wore a bold zebra print 80s dress which took monochrome to another level…But she did win the Editors Special Award…so congrats!!! Anyway I think the outlandish outfits are part of the ‘Team Estelle’ strategy, because she does not fail to get noticed now does she…

Henry Holland and Pixie Geldof (the coolest Geldof sister) both used this occasion to bring back trends that I thought were committed to room 101 never to be seen again but no I was wrong!!!

Herny Holland and Pixie Geldof

Henry decided to bring back roll ups from the early 90s !?! and Pixie (though I love her dress) brought back ‘I wanna break my neck’ platforms from the 70s. Thanks guys but really, what have we done to deserve this???

Alexa Chung

Winner of presenter of the year was the very stylish Alexa Chung who looked lovely with the cutest statement peeptoe shoes I’ve seen in a while.

Lois Winstone and Tolula Adeyemi

Lois Winstone and Tolula Adeyemi made a night of it and were spotted post awards going to the Whisky Mist nightclub looking a bit worse for wear. WOW is all I can really say and not in a good way!

Sister Act

Soooo Sister Act the ultimate old skool classic is now on stage at the London Palladium Theatre

Whoopi Goldberg and Bruce Forsyth

Star of the film Whoopi Goldberg must have gotten over her fear of flying as she came to promote in person, wearing classic black and accompanied by Bruce Forsyth.

 Sinitta and her Mum

80 pop star and long time ex girlfriend of Simon Cowell and Brad Pitt (!!!) Sinitta brought her Mum (whose skin is amazing!)

 Cilla Black

The Red Carpet was full of golden oldies and Surprise Surprise (couldn’t resist) Cilla Black also attended and managed to pull off her acid green blazer.
